Purchasing
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have dispatched the product to you. The contract will then be deemed to be completed.
Payment
We accept payment by Credit / Debit Card, or Bank Transfer.
Your credit / debit card payments are processed by NoChex via their secure (128 bit encrypted) server.
Payments are processed directly by NoChex.
You are not required to have a NoChex account nor are you required to sign up for one.
Payments are processed in the usual way as they would be by any other online credit card processor.
NoChex account holders can of course use their NoChex account to pay.
You may also pay by Bank Transfer.
(If you choose this option upon checkout you will be automatically provided with our Bank Account details.)
Delivery.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 1-2 working days UK from dispatch for 1st class (Next Working Day for Special Delivery orders placed before 1pm).
EU Orders are usually delivered by 3-5 working days.
International orders are sent by Air Mail.
Mail may at times be subject to delay due to reasons beyond our control. Requests for refunds will be processed when we have confirmation from our carrier that the parcel is officially missing in the postal system (15 workings days from dispatch for the UK & 20 Working days for EU items).
Returns

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in the post or if you are any way unsatisfied;
you may return your order to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost or replacement cost. Returned goods or undelivered goods returned to us are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee to cover the cost of postage.

Any complaints regarding the goods supplied should in the first instance be made via your online account. Log into your account go to your order history, open the relevant order and send a message using the box at the bottom of the order screen.

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
