We deliver to the UK & EU please note that we do not ship to the USA.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:00 PM on the same day.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 1-2 working days UK from dispatch for 1st class (Next Working Day for Special Delivery orders placed before 1pm).

EU Orders are usually delivered by 3-5 working days.
International orders are sent by Air Mail.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm Next day.

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail First Class with the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery for a small extra cost.
Upon checkout you will be given the option to have your order sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.

All UK orders of £44.75 in value or over are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery Free of charge.

A typical UK order for 1000 standard capsules would be just £2.62 sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in the post or if you are any way unsatisfied;
you may return your order to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost or replacement cost. Returned goods or undelivered goods returned to us are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee to cover the cost of postage.
